Updated COVID-19 Policies and Procedures:
Along with our routine cleaning and best practices we’ve added additional precautions, enhanced disinfecting and added protective equipment as per provincial recommendations and requirements.
Before every massage you will receive the Ontario Ministry of Health three Pre-Screening Questions and your RMT will ask you these same three questions again upon your arrival:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time to sanitize your hands. If you arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your massage we ask that you please wait outside of the main building to minimize the number of people inside the lobby and allow for physical distancing. All persons must wear a mask while inside the building and for the entire duration of your treatment.
As per recommendations, we have switched to contactless e-transfer payments only. If you could please pay for your treatment before your massage and send all payments to firstname.lastname@example.org. If for some reason you are unable to pay via e-transfer, please email us ahead of time to arrange another contactless payment option.
We have modified and minimized our office space and treatment areas and all RMTs have completed virtual Injury Prevention and Control Training Modules from Public Health Ontario.
We have removed all reuse-able heating pads. Each heating pad has protective coverings which we wash after each use, but the units themselves cannot be disinfected, and therefore they are not permitted for use in Ontario at this time.
All linens are washed and dried on highest heat setting, and all items in clinic are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after your visit.
Signage is posted around our waiting area for physical distancing, proper hand-washing and a list of common COVID symptoms.

You may also cancel or reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fee with at least two hours notice using the link in your confirmation email.
